tammy-circleIf we haven’t met, I am Tammy Ruggiero, Holistic Health Coach and founder of Simply Inspired Wellness. I developed this 11-Day simple reboot to revolutionize the way you think about food, and reshape your body from the inside out!

My life journey has led me to discover my passion for healthy living. Much of my life I struggled with not feeling connected and being unhappy in my body. I was out of balance and not listening to my inner voice. A few years ago, I experienced my “aha moment”, a shift in my mind-set, my view of the world, and, of myself.

Part of that “aha moment” stemmed from a Spring Detox that I did! The program reduced inflammation and reset my body into fat burning mode. I then found that by nourishing, and listening to my body, mind and spirit daily, my life began to change. My body began to transform itself. I lost more weight and began to feel even more energized and more balanced. With this balance, choices became easier, stress levels dissipated, and I found more joy in each day.

I wake now with more gratitude, ready to embrace each moment, and meet obstacles in my path with added grace. Every day is a fresh start. I am evolving. I am aware. I have choices. I live. I learn. I reflect. My ultimate goal is to share with you my passion for healthy, balanced living, including my life journey. During this program, you won’t need to take the week off from work, own a juicer or fancy kitchen gadgets or deny yourself the pleasure of delicious food. It’s a whole foods, no gimmicks, clean eating program.

Will I be hungry on the reboot?

This reboot is NOT about being hungry or deprivation! If you are hungry, you can always add in a snack. The meal plans are packed with amazing recipes that will likely become favorites of yours, even after the reboot.

Prior to the detox, I had been working with Tammy for a couple months on creating a healthier lifestyle for myself and my family.
